Reactivating a retired user record

To reactivate a retired user record:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Users link to open the User Admin tab.
  3. Place a check in the Show Retired Users box.
  4. Click the Email Address link of the retired user to be reactivated.
  5. Click the Reactivate button. The following confirmation message displays: “Are you sure you want to reactivate this retired account? The user will be able to access the system.”

  6. Click Reactivate.

Note: When a user record is reactivated, the system will send an email to the reactivated user as a notice to access the system.
