Removing a form from a task template

To remove a form from a task templates:

1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
2. Click the Manage Tasks link.
3. Click the appropriate Task Name link.
4. Click the Remove Form icon in the appropriate row.

    

   

    

5. Click Save.
