Separating incorrectly merged applicant records

To separate incorrectly merged applicant records:

  1. Select a vacancy.
  2. Click the Applicant Overview tab.
  3. Click Merged Applicants.
  4. Click Reconsider to access the applicant record that was incorrectly merged.

  5. The Resolve Applicant page displays.
  6. Review all records to determine appropriate action.

  7. Click Merge applications using data in this record in the appropriate record after you have confirmed the applicants are the same. The following confirmation message displays: "Are you sure you want to merge these records?".
  8. Click Yes.
  9. Click Consider As Separate Applicant Records if the applicant records belong to different applicants. The following confirmation message displays: "Are you sure you want to resolve these as separate records?".
  10. Click Yes.
