- Implemented the first Virtual Assistance Now (VAN) help desk chatbot, which provides resolutions to approximately 60 system login paths (e.g., Smart Card exceptions and registrations, account inactivity, email change, etc.) encountered by HR users, Hiring Managers, and Onboarding users. To access the chatbot, users can click the message icon
, located on the lower right corner of the Log In page.
