Uploading a document to an applicant record

To upload a document to an applicant record:

  1. Select a vacancy.
  2. Click the Applicant Overview tab.

  3. Click the appropriate applicant Name link.
  4. Click Documents.
  5. Drag and Drop a file or files from a selected location. Or
  6. Click Choose File to select the appropriate document.
  7. Enter the File Name, if applicable.

  8. Select the Document Type from the drop-down list.
  9. Click Upload. The file size must be 5MB or less and the acceptable formats are non-encrypted GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, RTF, TXT, PDF, DOC, and DOCX. Outlook e-mail correspondence must be uploaded as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file.
  10. Toggle on or off HM Viewable and/or NH Viewable, as appropriate.
  11. Click Documents again to exit.
