To upload a document to an applicant record:
- Select a vacancy.
- Click the Applicant Overview tab.
- Click the appropriate applicant Name link.
- Click Documents.
- Drag and Drop a file or files from a selected location. Or
- Click Choose File to select the appropriate document.
- Enter the File Name, if applicable.
- Select the Document Type from the drop-down list.
- Click Upload. The file size must be 5MB or less and the acceptable formats are non-encrypted GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, RTF, TXT, PDF, DOC, and DOCX. Outlook e-mail correspondence must be uploaded as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX file.
- Toggle on or off HM Viewable and/or NH Viewable, as appropriate.
- Click Documents again to exit.
