The Personal Security Information page is where you enter your month, date of birth as well as the last four digits of your social security number so that a unique applicant ID is created for you. This information is used in conjunction with your Biographic information to identify you as an applicant. If there is conflicting information-we need to test. Tested as of 12/18/14 and I was able to proceed.
