Submitting a help ticket after checking online help

To submit a help ticket after checking online help:

  1. Click the Help Center drop-down list.
  2. Click Submit a Help Ticket from the drop-down list.

  3. If applicable, modify the Email address in the ticket.
  4. Select the most appropriate description from the Subject drop-down list.

  5. Enter your question or problem in the narrative box and include as much detailed information as possible.
  6. Click Submit.
