The Employment Information questionnaire is where you review and enter information related to your employment with the United States, both government and military. The pages contained within this questionnaire may vary based on forms assigned by the hiring agency in the onboarding process.

The Veterans Preference page is where you answer background information questions regarding your veteran’s preference claim.
