Submitting a completed form

To submit a completed form:

  1. Click Tasks.
  2. Click the Task Name link for the form to be submitted.
  3. Click the Form Name link.

  4. Review the information on the form.
  5. Click Confirm.

  6. Click Sign and Submit or Submit.
    Tasks page
  7. A confirmation message displays.
  8. Click I agree.
    Tasks page

Note: Some forms cannot be signed and submitted until Human Resources has confirmed you arrived for your first day on duty.
