Change of Station Information Questionnaire
The Change of Station Information questionnaire is where you review and enter information related to your relocation. Pages contained within this questionnaire may vary based on information needed by the hiring agency during the onboarding process.
The Briefings page is where you answer questions related to your relocation.
The General page is where you answer questions related to your relocation.
The Departing Location page is where you answer questions related to your departing location.
The Moving page is where you answer questions related to your departing location.
The Travel page is where you answer questions related to your departing location.
The Family and Dependent Travel page is where you answer questions related to your family and dependent travel arrangements.
- Actions. This allows you to edit or delete an entry after dependent has been entered. The actions are:
- Edit. This button allows you to modify a dependent traveler. For instructions, see Editing a dependent traveler.
- Delete. This button allows you to delete a dependent traveler listed. For instructions, see Deleting a dependent traveler.
- Add Dependent Traveler. The button allows you to add dependent information. For instructions, see Adding a dependent traveler
