  Online Training


The USA Staffing online training modules are designed to provide your users "just in time" learning. The modules are broken out by each area of the system. Each self-paced training module is available 24/7 and your users may re-take courses at any time. Follow the instructions in the USA Staffing Online Training Registration Instructions (January 2025) document.

Live USA Staffing training classes are available for new USA Staffing users only. These trainings are intended to cover basic system functionality. Sessions will not include agency-specific business processes. Training sessions fill up fast; the dates listed below may or may not have availability. For additional information on training availability or to enroll users, please contact your Account Manager.

Staffing and Onboarding
