Adding a form to a task template

To add forms to a task template:
- Click Admin on the Dashboard.
- Click the Manage Tasks link.
- Click the appropriate Task Name link.
- Click Add Forms (this button will only display if the Task Type is Form Review).
- Check the radio button next to the appropriate form to be added.
- Click Add.
