Adding a form to a task template

To add forms to a task template:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Tasks link.
  3. Click the appropriate Task Name link.
  4. Click Add Forms (this button will only display if the Task Type is Form Review).

  5. Check the radio button next to the appropriate form to be added.
  6. Click Add.
