Creating a new hire task note

To create a new hire task note:

  1. Select the New Hire record
  2. Click on Assignments.
  3. Click on the desired Task name.
  4. Click Notes.
  5. Enter the note in the textbox.
     
    Task Notes
     
  6. Ensure the Show as Task Note Only box is checked.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Notes again to exit.

Note: If the Show as Task Note Only the box is checked, the note will only be visible within the associated task. If the box is unchecked, the note will be visible in the New Hire record and have a rollover text over the Task Note indicating the specific task to which it is related.
