Creating an assessment package with a screen-out only assessment questionnaire

To create an assessment package with a screen-out only assessment questionnaire:

1. Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
2. Click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
3. Click the Assessment Package tab. For instructions, see Opening a tab.
4. The Create Assessment tab displays.

    

   

    

5. Click Create Assessment.
6. Enter the Assessment Name.
7. Toggle on the Screen-out purpose.
8. Toggle off the Rating purpose.
9. Select the Owner from the drop-down list, if applicable.

    

   

    

10. Select the Assessment Type from the drop-down list.
11. Select the Rating Method from the drop-down list. Note: For the Weight Based Rating Method you will also need to select a type of Scoring from the drop-down list.
12. Click Save.
13. Add a minimum qualification item to the assessment.
14. Add a screen-out.
15. Click the Assessment Package Tab.
16. Click Assessment Plan.
17. Uncheck Rating.

     

    

     

18. Test your assessment
19. Click Complete Assessment Package, on the Checklist page.
