Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page in USA Staffing. On this page, you can create requests, view a list of requests, view a list of tasks associated with those requests, access a list of new hires for onboarding, and manage your work. To access this page, log into USA Staffing or click the Home icon on the top navigation bar. The following elements are displayed on this page:

• Dashboard. This drop-down list displays the last ten vacancy numbers and/or requests you have accessed. If you place the mouse over a number, the position title and the date/time you last accessed that vacancy or request will display.
• Welcome. This tab displays information based on preferences and tiles selected. For additional information, see Welcome.
• Tasks. This tab displays a list of all tasks associated with requests to which you have access. The number to the right indicates how many tasks are listed. This number updates based on filters applied. For additional information, see Tasks.
• Requests. This tab displays a list of all requests to which you have access. The number to the right indicates how many requests are listed. This number updates based on filters applied. For additional information, see Request.
• Vacancies. This tab displays a list of all vacancies to which you have access. The number to the right indicates how many vacancies meet the filters used. This number updates based on filters applied. For additional information, see Vacancies.
• New Hires. This tab displays a list of all new hires to which you have access. The number to the right indicates how many new hires are listed. This number updates based on filters applied. For additional information, see New Hires.
