Filtering RPI Event History

To filter RPI Event History:

1. Click the Requests tab on the Dashboard.
2. Select desired Request that was created from an Interconnection.
3. Click RPI Event History.

    

   

    

4. Select the appropriate vacancy from Vacancies drop-down list to filter statuses for a specific vacancy.
5. Select the appropriate type from Update Types drop-down list to filter statuses for a specific update type.
6. Select the appropriate task from Task Names drop-down list to filter statuses for a specific task.
7. Select the appropriate request status from Request Statuses drop-down list to filter statuses for a specific request.
8. Select the appropriate transmission status from Transmission Statuses drop-down list to filter requests for a specific transmission status.
9. Select the appropriate request type from Request Type drop-down list to filter a request for a specific type of request.
10. Click Clear Filters to reset the filters.
