RPI Event History

The RPI Event History page will display for those requests created by the Request Processing Interconnection (RPI). This page is where you view the history and transmission details associated with request and task status updates (“events”) transmitted through the RPI. This page lists all status updates that have occurred for the request and that are transmittable through RPI.

To access this page, view a request that was created through RPI and click RPI Event History.

RPI Event History page

  • All Vacancies. This drop-down allows you to filter by a specific vacancy ID or include All Vacancies.
  • All Update Types. This drop-down allows you to filter based on all status update types that have been transmitted.
    • All Update Types. This option includes all updates for Request Statuses and Task Statuses.
    • Request Status. This option will filter to only include Request Statuses.
    • Task Status. This option will filter to only include Task Statuses.
  • All Task Names. This drop-down allows you to filter based on names of tasks transmitted through RPI for the associated request.
    • No Task Name. This is the option associated with Request Status events.
  • All Request Statuses. This drop-down allows you to filter based on request statuses transmitted through RPI for the associated request.
  • All Transmission Statuses. This drop-down allows you to view all transmission statuses or filter by a specific transmission status type, which may include the following.
    • Archived. This indicates that the status update is over 30 days old and was never sent.
    • Attempted. This indicates the RPI attempted to transmit the status update from USA Staffing to the agency system, but the transmission failed.
    • Paused. This indicates the RPI Status Updates are turned off for your agency system.
    • Pending. This indicates the RPI Status Update process recognized the status update but did not transmit the update to the agency system.
    • Processing. This indicates the RPI Status Update process is processing the transmission.
    • Queued. This indicates the RPI Status Update process added the update to the queue and should process the update for transmission when it is reached.
    • Sent. This indicates the status update transmitted successfully.
    • Clear Filters. This button allows you to reset the filters back to the default options and view all available status updates for the selected request.

The RPI Event History table will update and display values according to what filter options are applied.

  • Event Date. This column displays the date the event occurred.
  • Vacancy ID. This column displays the system generated vacancy number, if available, for the event.
  • Task Name. This column displays the task names associated with the RPI event, if applicable. Request Status events will reflect “[No Task Name]”.
  • Old Status. This column displays the status that the task or request changed from.
  • New Status. This column displays the status that the task or request changed to.
  • Request Event. This column displays the summary of what occurred.
  • User Email. This column displays the email address of the individual who updated the event.
  • Transmission Status. This column displays the transmission status of the RPI Event.
  • Sent Date. This column displays the most recent date the event was sent to the agency system. This date will be empty if the event has never successfully transmitted to the agency system.
  • Review Name. This column displays the name of the review associated with the event, if available at the time of transmission.
