Filtering tasks

To filter tasks:

  1. Click the Tasks tab on the Dashboard.

  2. Enter desired Keywords, if applicable.
  3. Choose a status from the Status drop-down list to filter tasks in a specific status. The options are: Active, Complete or Pending. One or more options can be chosen.
  4. Choose a task owner from the Owner drop-down list to filter tasks for a specific user. Click on Unassigned Tasks to search unassigned tasks. One or more options can be chosen.
  5. Choose a type from the Type drop-down list to filter for a specific type of task. One or more options can be chosen.
  6. Choose the Purpose from the drop-down list, if applicable.
  7. Choose an office from the Office drop-down list to filter by office. One or more options can be chosen.
  8. Choose the Date Milestones from the drop-down list, if applicable.
  9. Enter a Start Date and End Date, if applicable.
  10. Check Overdue Tasks Only, if desired.
  11. Check Favorites Only, if desired.
  12. Click Apply to apply the selected filters.
  13. Click Reset Filters to remove the currently applied filters.
  14. Click Cancel Changes to cancel the filters update.
