Manage Review Default Settings
The Review Default Settings page is where HR Users with the Office Administrator profile can set the default number of days to automatically recall reviews that are past due. To access this page, click Admin on the Dashboard, the Admin Home tab displays, click the Manage Review Default Settings section to open the Default Settings tab and click the Review Default Settings page. The following elements are displayed on this page:
- Office. This drop-down list is where you select the appropriate office for the default setting to be assigned.
The JOA Review Default Settings section is where you set the customer defaults for JOA reviews. The following elements are displayed:
- Automatically recall Reviews. A check in this box indicates a past due announcement review will automatically be recalled.
- Automatically recall JOA Reviews X calendar days after due date. Enter the number of days past the due date that an announcement review will be recalled.
- JOA Review Permission Settings. This section allows you to select default permissions related to the announcement review. The choices include Text changes and comments or View only. The areas are:
- Assessment. A check in this box will default all announcement reviews to include the assessment with the review.
- Announcement Questionnaire. A check in this box will default all announcement reviews to include the announcement questionnaire.
- Announcement Text. A check in this box will default all announcement reviews to include the announcement text with the review.
- Return to HR. A check in this box will default all reviewers assigned to the announcement review to return the review to HR.
- JOA Review Default Instructional Text. This field is where you enter the announcement review instructional text.
The Applicant List Review Default Settings section is where you set the customer defaults for applicant list reviews. The following elements are displayed:
- Due Date X calendar days after Review is created. Enter the number of days past the creation date that an applicant list review will be due.
- Automatically recall Applicant List Reviews. A check in this box indicates a past due applicant list review will automatically be recalled.
- Automatically recall Applicant List Reviews X calendar days after due date. Enter the number of days past the due date that an applicant list review will be automatically recalled.
- Applicant List Review Permission Settings. The choices include Make Selection Decision, Return Individual Selections or View only. The areas are:
- Applicant List. By default, this box is checked and disabled.
- Return to HR. A check in this box will default all reviewers assigned to an applicant list review to return the review to HR.
- Print Assessment Questionnaire. A check in this box will default the Print Assessment Questionnaire option as enabled on the Review Assignments page.
- Applicant List Review Default Instructional Text. This field is where you enter the applicant list review instructional text.
The Panel List Review Default Settings section is where you set the customer defaults for panel list reviews. The following elements are displayed:
- Due Date X calendar days after Review is created. Enter the number of days past the creation date that a panel review is due.
- Automatically recall Panel Reviews. A check in this box indicates a past due panel review will be automatically recalled
- Automatically recall Panel Reviews X calendar days after due date. Enter the number of days past the due date that a panel review will be automatically recalled.
- Panel Review Permission Settings. This section allows you to select default permissions related to the panel review. The choices include Edit/Override Scores or View only. The areas are:
- Stored List. By default, this box is checked and disabled.
- Return to HR. A check in this box will default all reviewers assigned to the panel review to return the review to HR.
- Print Assessment Questionnaire. A check in this box will default the Print Assessment Questionnaire option as enabled on the Review Assignments page.
- Panel Review Default Instructional Text. This field is where you enter the panel review instructional text.
The Position Description Review Default Settings section is where you se the customer defaults for position description reviews. The following elements are displayed:
- Due Date X calendar days after Review is created. Enter the number of days past the creation date that a position description review is due.
- Automatically recall Position Description Reviews. A check in this box indicates a past due position description review will be automatically recalled.
- Return to HR. A check in this box will default all reviewers assigned to the position description review to return the review to HR.
- Position Description Review Default Instructional Text. This field is where you enter the position description review instructional text.
- Applicant List Review Documents. A check in one or more of the boxes marks the document available as part of the applicant list review.
- Panel Review Documents. A check in one or more of the boxes marks the document available as part of the panel review.
