Replacing an announcement template

To replace an announcement template:

1. Select an announcement.
2. Click Announcement Text.
3. Click the Announcement Text Options icon to the right of Announcement Text.

    

   

    

4. Click Choose Template from the drop-down list. For additional information, see Choose Template.
5. The following warning message displays: “By selecting a new announcement template, all changes made to the Announcement Text page will be lost. Are you sure you would like to proceed?”
6. Click Proceed.
7. The Choose Template pop-up box displays.

    

   

    

8. Click the Template Name link to select a template. The Choose Template pop-up box automatically closes and the contents of the template are displayed on the Announcement Text page.
