Selecting an announcement template

To select an announcement template:

1. Select an announcement.
2. Click Announcement Text.
3. The Choose Template pop-up box displays the first time you access this page or click the Announcement Text Options icon to the right of Announcement Text and select Choose Template.

    

   

    

4. Click the Template Name link to select a template. The Choose Template pop-up box automatically closes and the contents of the template are displayed on the Announcement Text page.

Note: You may modify the template contents directly on the Announcement Text page. The original template is not affected by any modifications you may make for a specific announcement. Depending on your permission, you may save an announcement text as a template. For instructions, see Saving an announcement as a template.
