Certificate Information
The Certificate Information page is where you manage the information related to the certificate. For the basic display of the standard certificate header information, see Certificate. To access this page, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, click the + tab, select Certificates to access the list of certificates issued for the vacancy, click the Certificate Number link and click Certificate Information.
The Certificate Details section displays the filters applied when creating the certificate. For additional information, see Create List. The following elements are displayed:
- Rank By. This is how applicants were ranked on the certificate.
- Priority Order. This is the priority order applied to applicants.
- CTAP/ICTAP Well Qualified Score. This field displays the score applicants must obtain to be considered as well qualified under CTAP/ICTAP procedures depending on the priority order selected.
- Refer Method. This is the referral method used in deciding which or how many applicants will be placed on the certificate.
- Order. This is the order the applicants will appear on the list.
- Tie Breaker. This field displays the method used to determine which applicant will be placed on the certificate before another should a tie occur based on filters applied.
- Applicant List Name. This field displays the name given to the saved list prior to issuing the certificate.
- Audited. This is the date the certificate was audited. For instructions, see Auditing a certificate.
- Audited By. This is the name of the user who audited the certificate.
The Display Preferences section allows HR Users to customize the certificate fields printed and shown to Hiring Managers when certificates are shared via Reviews. The following elements are displayed:
- Final Rating
- Category Rating
- Veteran’s Preference
- Eligibilities
- Assessment Questionnaire
- Announcement Questionnaire
The default display preferences are based on the certificate type. The following are the system defaults:
- Ranking List. All display preferences are checked.
- Category Rating. All display preferences are checked.
- Rule of Three. All display preferences are checked.
- Competitive Merit Promotion. Final Rating, Rating Details, Eligibilities, Assessment Questionnaire and Announcement Questionnaire are checked.
- Merit Referral List. Eligibilities, Assessment Questionnaire and Announcement Questionnaire are checked.
The Instructions section allows you to add specific instructions to hiring managers for a particular certificate in the textbox.
The Candidate Inventory section allows you to select when applicants will be included in the Candidate Inventory for Hiring Managers.
- Include in Candidate Inventory. This toggle allows you to configure the dates for including applicants in the inventory for Hiring Managers.
- Availability Start Date. This drop-down calendar is where you select the date the candidates will populate the inventory.
- Availability End Date. This drop-down calendar is where you select the date the candidates will be removed from the the inventory.
The Reviews Section displays the number of reviews that have been created for this certificate. You can sort any of the columns in this table in ascending or descending order.
- Review Name. This column display the name of the review. Access a review by clicking on the link.
- Status. This column displays the status of the review.
- Reviewers. This column displays the reviewer(s) associated with a review.
- Sent. This column displays the date the review was sent.
- Due. This column displays the date the review is due.
- Completed. This column displays the date the review was completed.
- Returned By. This column displays name of the user who returned the review.
