Changing the task owner

To change the owner of a task:

  1. Click the Requests tab.
  2. Click the appropriate Request Number link to select the request.
  3. Click the Task Overview button in the upper right hand corner of the Request page.

  4. Click in the row of the task to be changed.

  5. Select the Owner from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.
