Release 14.6 - 8/26/2022

USA Staffing will automatically generate PDF documents for the Cover Page, the Position Description, and the Evaluation Statement when a Position Description is published with a Supervisory Certification electronic signature and a Classification/Job Grading Certification electronic signature. These documents will be available in the Documents modal for the Position Description and enabled as HM Viewable. Users may toggle a document to disable the Hiring Manager viewable option at any time. Note: Re-publishing a Position Description with the above signatures will re-generate and replace the above listed documents.

Release 14.4 - 7/1/2022

Added a hyperlink for all linked position descriptions, which opens the linked Position Description in a new tab within the Classification area.

Release 14.1 - 4/8/2022

Updated the document upload screen to better display the full document name and type.

Release 14.0 - 3/11/2022

Updated the Conditions of Employment (formerly Details) section on the right side of the Position Description Settings page.

Updated the Financial Statement Required checkbox to include additional options. If checked, the Filing Required drop-down list field will display and include the following forms for selection:
- OGE Form 450 - Employment and Financial Interest
- OGE Form 278 - Executive Personnel Financial Disclosure
  - Note: Hiring Manager users will be able to see this information while reviewing the associated field in a Position Description Review.

Release 13.6 - 11/19/2021

Added a History entry when a Hiring Manager user returns a PD review with an authorization, including the date and time the signature was applied, the signature role (i.e., Supervisory Authorization Signature), and changes made to the Authorization Name and Authorization Date fields.
