Manage Announcement Templates
Manage Announcement Templates is where you create, edit and delete announcement templates independent of a vacancy. A list of all announcement templates associated with the office(s) to which you have access is displayed. The number to the right indicates how many templates are available. This number updates based on what is selected from the Tags drop-down list. You can sort any of the columns in this table in ascending or descending order. To access this section, click Admin on the Dashboard, the Admin Home tab displays, click the Manage Announcement Templates link in the Templates section to open the Templates tab, and the Announcement Templates page displays. The following elements are displayed:

Note: Administrators may exceed the character limits enforced by USAJOBS on the release of an announcement when creating announcement templates. The announcement text must adhere to USAJOBS character limits before it can be successfully released.
