Merged Applicants
The Merged Applicants page is where you view, sort, and resolve applicants who are potential matches, merged applicants, and resolved applicants. This page will only display when a match is identified. To access this page, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, click the Applicant Overview tab, and click Merged Applicants.
The Potential Merges section lists applicants that have been identified by the system as possible matches. The following elements are displayed:
- Accept. If applicable, an action button will display here, such as Resolve Now or Reconsider.
- Name. This is the applicant name.
- RSC. This is the applicant Record Status Code.
- Application Date. This is the date the applicant applied.
The Merged Applicants section lists applicants that have been identified by the system as possible matches, confirmed to be matches by the user, and merged together as one. The following elements are displayed:
- Accept. If applicable, an action button will display here, such as Resolve Now or Reconsider.
- Name. This is the applicant name.
- RSC. This is the applicant Record Status Code.
- Application Date. This is the date the applicant applied.
The Resolved Applicants section lists applicants that have been identified by the system as possible matches, and the user has decided to merge applications, identified the applications as separate, or chose to resolve the match later. For instructions, see Resolving potential applicant matches. The following elements are displayed:
- Accept. If applicable, an action button will display here, such as Resolve Now or Reconsider.
- Name. This is the applicant name.
- RSC. This is the applicant Record Status Code.
- Application Date. This is the date the applicant applied.
