Vacancy - Linked Requests

The Linked Requests page allows you to review additional requests that have a staffing approach linked to the vacancy. You will also be able to approve requests individually or in mass. To access this page, select a Vacancy Number from the Vacancies tab and select Linked Requests. The following elements are displayed:

• Request Number. This column displays the unique number designated by your agency or an auto-generate request number.
• Pay Plan-Series- Grade. This column will display the Pay Plan- Series-Grade.
• Customer. The column will display the request’s customer.
• Requester. This column will display the name of the individual who created the request.
• Request Process Owner. This column will display the name of the individual assigned as the request process owner for the request.
• Hiring Need Validation Date. This column will display the Hiring Need Validation date.
• Request Personnel Action Date. This column will display the Request Personnel Action date.
• Workflow. This column displays the workflow selected for the request
