Release 14.7 - 9/23/2022

  • Added the ability to expand or collapse all the eligibility definitions on the Vacancy Eligibilities page at once for improved usability.

Release 14.6 - 8/26/2022

  • Vacancies with an interdisciplinary PD with a pay plan of DC or the Supervisory Position setting selected will include the Enable custom USA Hire interdisciplinary settings on the Vacancy Settings page.

Release 14.4 - 7/1/2022

  • Added an ‘EO 13932 Exempt’ system-level Appointing Authority tag. HR users can apply this tag to identify announcements that should be excluded from GSA's D2D Dashboard.

Release 14.3 - 6/3/2022

  • Added a Remote Job checkbox to the Position Settings section on the Position Information page. When this box is checked, the following validations are applied:
    • The Telework Eligible checkbox is disabled. A job may only be designated as either remote or telework eligible.
    • Anywhere in the U.S. (remote job) is automatically set as the only available location. This location is exclusive to remote jobs and cannot be combined with other locations.
    • Note: A series of validations and warning messages are enforced and displayed to inform users of these business rules when users make changes to the Remote Job, Telework Eligible, and/or Locations fields.

Release 14.0 - 3/11/2022

  • Added an Applicant Total setting titled Display total number of applications submitted for closed announcement. If this setting is enabled, the total number of applications submitted will display on the applicant's USAJOBS dashboard once the announcement closes. This setting will be defaulted off unless enabled by default in Vacancy Default Settings. Users with Edit Applicant Total permission will have the ability to enable this setting at the Vacancy level at any time. Note: Users must update the announcement on USAJOBS to apply changes to this setting.

  • Completed the following additional layout changes on the Vacancy Settings page:
    • Added a USAJOBS Announcement Configurations section, which includes all USAJOBS-related settings.
    • Moved Citizenship Screening and Age Screening settings under a new section titled Application Screening.
    • Moved Period of Eligibility to the Application Processing section.

Release 13.7 - 12/17/2021

  • Added a system-level Mission Critical Occupation (MCO) tag titled Infrastructure Act to the Vacancy Settings page. Using this system-level tag helps ensure consistent reporting within and across agencies. Visitors to the USAJOBS website will see an alert on the home page and all search results pages highlighting these job opportunities. Note: This tag will be available to use in Production on November 29, 2021 and can be added to both new and existing vacancies. Users must remember to update their announcements on USAJOBS when adding the Infrastructure Act MCO tag to an existing vacancy.

Release 13.6 - 11/19/2021

  • Added the following reports to the Reports Options button on the Vacancy Dashboard and within a Vacancy:
    • Incomplete Applications Report – The Incomplete Applications Report identifies individuals who started but did not submit an application to a vacancy. The report requires users to select an organization, office, and announcement open date range, with options to also select or provide a customer name, announcement number, vacancy number, USAJOBS control number, applicant email address, or applicant last name.
    • Vacancy Close-Out Report – The Vacancy Close-Out Report provides tabular data to identify vacancies where some sort of action (e.g., updating USAJOBS Job Status, auditing certificates, sending applicant notifications) may be required to close out the vacancy. The report requires users to select an organization, office, and announcement close date range, with options to also select or provide a customer name or vacancy numbers.
    • Vacancy Overview Dashboard – The Vacancy Overview Dashboard provides visualizations and tabular data displaying details about one or more vacancies, including the total number of applications received and applications by status. The report requires users to select an organization, office, and announcement close date range, with options to also select or provide a customer name, vacancy number, position description number, series, grade, or vacancy tag.
    • Vacancy Overview Report – The Vacancy Overview Report provides tabular data displaying details about one or more vacancies, including the total number of applications received and applications by status. The report requires users to select an organization, office, and announcement close date range, with options to also select or provide a customer name, vacancy number, position description number, series, grade, or vacancy tag.
