Release 16.8 - 5/31/2024

• Added the ability to Apply Hiring Paths Bundle from the gear icon on the Announcement Information page based on the Announcement Type. Hiring Paths added to the announcement from a bundle can subsequently be modified or deleted as needed. All changes are captured in History after the announcement has been released with a future open date.
