Release 17.2 - 9/23/2024

Updated the Create Additional Selection Requests modal on the Certificate page as follows:
- Added the ability to create and approve up to 100 requests at a time with a Request Number format appended to the originating request. Note: Upon submitting these requests for creation, the process will run in the background and users will receive an alert when it’s completed.

Request Processing Interconnection

The Request Processing Interconnection (RPI) allows for an optional Workflow ID for Additional Selection requests. When this ID is provided and the Workflow is published and linked to vacancy’s Office, the submitted Workflow ID will be displayed on the Staffing Approach page.

Release 17.1 - 8/23/2024

Added the ability for Human Resources and Onboarding users with Edit Request permission to change the Requester assigned to an approved request that is not in Complete or Cancelled status. All changes are captured in History.

Request Processing Interconnection

The Request Processing Interconnection (RPI) now optionally allows the inclusion of a Vacancy ID for Additional Selection requests. When a request's grade, series, and pay plan correspond with the vacancy’s Rating Combination series, pay plan, and at least one grade, USA Staffing will incorporate the Vacancy ID into the Staffing Approach page.

Modified the Other Information section for requests created via the RPI to display the Vacancy ID and Workflow ID provided during the RPI transmission for Additional Selection requests. If either a Vacancy or Workflow ID are not sent, the section will indicate the value was not received.

Request Processing Interconnection

This optional functionality expands data elements sent to customers via the Request Processing Interconnection (RPI). When toggled on, a new section titled RPIUpdates is added to the XML for both Request and Task Updates, which includes XML objects for Request, Task, New Hire, and Vacancy. These elements provide information presently served via Data Self Service (DSS) to ease the transition when DSS is decommissioned. This functionality does not affect the existing RPI XML. It is toggled off by default and can be easily toggled on and off by USA Staffing as customers become ready to begin using these data elements.

Release 16.3 - 1/5/2024

Updated requests to always display the Location Information page and added the ability to change the number of vacancies on a Request after approval. Users may update either the Announcement Total Vacancies or location-specific vacancies for requests in Pending Recruitment, Active Recruitment, Selection Made, and Complete statuses. All changes are tracked in History.

Added History entries for all changes made on the Location Information page within a Request, including added or deleted location(s) on unapproved requests and changes made to the number of announcement or location-specific vacancies on both approved and unapproved requests.

Release 16.2 - 12/1/2023

Added the user email address associated with a user account to the Requester and Request Process Owner dropdown lists to help users differentiate between accounts with the same name. Users can see this information by hovering over the username in the Requester and Request Process Owner dropdown lists on the Request Information page.

Request Processing Interconnection

Modified the Other Information section displayed on requests created via the Request Processing Interconnection (RPI) to include the value for Request Process Owner from the RPI transmission. The value is not changed by any updates to the assigned Request Process Owner on the Request Information page.

The Request Process Owner value/email address will be displayed as transmitted and irrespective of any connection to a user account in USA Staffing. If no Request Process Owner value is transmitted, the field will display No Request Process Owner received.
