Create Assessment

The Create Assessment page is where you create an assessment after you have created a vacancy. To access this tab, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, click the Assessment Package tab, click Assessment Plan, and click the New Assessment button. The following elements are displayed:

Note: This page is also a part of Manage Assessment Package Templates in the Templates & Libraries section within Admin to be used when creating an Assessment Package template.

Create Assessment Page

Assessment Information. This page is where you to enter and review the assessment information. Competencies. This page is where you add or review competencies associated with an assessment. Assessment Questionnaire. This page is where you where you add instructions or items your assessment questionnaire. Screen-Out Criteria. This page is where you add or review screen-out questions relate to your assessment questionnaire. Rating Criteria. This page is where you review and modify the rating criteria selected for the assessment. For additional information, see:
