Request Items - FY25

Release 25.04 - 2/13/2025

• Added the option to manually enter up to 100 Request Numbers when creating and approving Additional Selection requests within a Certificate. Request Numbers entered will be validated against formatting requirements and existing Request Numbers to prevent duplicates. Note: Upon submitting requests for creation, the process will run in the background and users will receive an alert when it’s completed.

Request Processing Interconnection

• Added an RPI Event History page to Requests transmitted through a Request Processing Interconnection (RPI), which allows users with View RPI Status Updates permission to access a list of Request Status and Task Status updates queued for transmission through their RPI. Also, users with Manage RPI Status Updates can re-transmit Request Status and Task Status through their RPI as appropriate.

Release 25.03 - 01/8/2025

• Added the ability to automatically update the Supervisor/Manager when the Requester is changed if the Requester and Supervisor/Manager were previously the same person for requests in Selection Made status. All changes are tracked in History.
