Release 13.2 - 7/30/2021
- USA Staffing will trigger an automatic helpdesk ticket for every applicant who requested a reasonable accommodation (RA) for the online assessments and whose claim needs to be adjudicated. The OPM team RA team will communicate with the applicant via this ticket to obtain the needed information to verify their claim.
- The USA Hire system notifications have been updated to:
- Replace references to the helpdesk@usahire.opm.gov email address with a link to a new helpdesk ticket submission form where an applicant can request assistance with a USA Hire or RA inquiry.
- Replace references to the RA team email address with language instructing RA applicants to communicate with the RA team via their helpdesk ticket email.

Release 13.1 - 7/2/2021
- Updated the USA Hire Assessment Name to display the template name only. The Battery Name can be seen by hovering over the information icon next to the assessment name.

Release 12.9 - 5/7/2021
- Added a USA Hire Settings section, which will be visible on the Assessment Package Settings page once a USA Hire battery has been included in the Assessment Package. It includes the USA Hire options that were previously available on the Assessment Plan and Vacancy Settings pages. In addition, each of these settings is now associated with a respective permission (see Permissions section above).
- Edit Window: Allows user to modify the assessment window for the vacancy.
- Hold Applicants/Release Hold: Allows user to hold applicants from being sent to the USA Hire system or release that hold.
- Send Custom USA Hire Notifications: Allows user to choose the custom notifications templates that should be used in sending applicants their USA Hire notifications.

- When applying or removing a USA Hire hold, users will receive a confirmation message prompting them to confirm their action:
- When clicking the Hold Applicants button, the confirmation message will state "Applicants will not receive notifications regarding their USA Hire assessment status until the hold is removed. Are you sure you want to hold all applicants?"
- When clicking the Release Hold button, the confirmation message will state “Upon releasing the hold, applicants will receive notifications for USA Hire assessments. Please confirm that the assessment window is appropriate. Are you sure you want to remove the hold?”

Release 12.8 - 4/9/2020
- Updated the timing of the system process to calculate applicant scores when USA Hire assessments are used:
- USA Staffing will now calculate the applicants' transmuted scores for each component assessment within the USA Hire battery as soon as those scores are received from USA Hire.
- When an Assessment Questionnaire is used in combination with USA Hire, USA Staffing will now standardize the Assessment Questionnaire scores as soon as the announcement has closed, rather than waiting until the assessment window has closed. This will allow final scores to be calculated for applicants who have completed their USA Hire assessments up to 2 days sooner.

- Added the following validations when releasing a USA Hire Hold set for a Defined Window:
- Users will only be allowed to release the hold after they have set a custom assessment window for the subsequent assessment orders.
- Users will only be allowed to release the hold if the assessment window start date is less than or equal to today's date, and if the assessment window end date is greater or equal to today's date + 2 calendar days. This will ensure all applicants have at least 2 days to complete the USA Hire assessments.

Release 12.4 - 12/11/2020
- Applicants in vacancies using a dynamic USA Hire assessment window will only be re-ordered when they re-apply if the subsequent application results in a different outcome for their eligible rating combinations.

- When using the USA Hire hold with dynamic assessment windows, all initial orders (including those for RA applicants) will set applicant windows based on the date that the USA Hire hold is released.

Release 12.3 - 11/13/2020
- Added an Order USA Hire Assessments option, which replaces the "Edit External Assessment Dates and "Re-Order Assessment" options for clarification; however, the re-ordering functionality remain the same. Selecting this option will display a pop-up window with the following fields:
- Order Type:
- Existing (Retain Assessment Window)
- New (Create Assessment Window)
- Assessment Window:
- Assessment Start Date
- Assessment End Date

- Added the following banner message to the Applicant Overview page when a USA Hire hold is set: “USA Hire Hold is set. Applicants will not receive their USA Hire notifications until the hold is removed." This banner will display until the hold is removed in the Assessment Plan sub-page.
