Release 15.9 - 9/8/2023

  • Modified the appearance of eligibilities used to create a certificate to display in bold font to inform HR users and Hiring Managers that applicants may not be selected for non-bolded eligibilities, even if they are adjudicated, since they were not used to create that specific certificate.

Release 15.8 - 8/4/2023

  • Added the CTAP/ICTAP Well Qualified Score to the Certificate/Stored List Details section of the Certificate/Stored List Information pages when this score is used as a filter.

Release 15.6 - 6/9/2023

  • Added an Include in Candidate Inventory toggle to the Certificate Information page that allows HR users to determine which certificate within a vacancy will populate candidates to the Candidate Inventory. This setting can be used for the following Certificate Types: Competitive Merit Promotion, Merit Referral List, and Ranking List. Users may determine when the inclusion will begin and conclude by setting an Availability Start Date and Availability End Date. Only candidates on the list who answered “Yes” to the announcement questionnaire item will be included in the Candidate Inventory. This setting may be changed at any point after the Certificate has been issued.

  • Modified the audit process to prevent HR users from completing an audit if a certificate’s review is still active. The following message will be presented: “The Certificate Audit cannot be completed because there are Reviews still in Active status.” to inform users when this occurs.

  • Added a No Audit Code and No Return Status option to the corresponding filters within a Certificate. When selected, the certificate will show applicants without an audit code or return status respectively.

Release 15.5 - 5/12/2023

  • When an HR user creates an applicant list and clicks the Generate Stored List button, the office Applicant List Default Setting for Retain Saved Lists when Stored Lists are generated will be applied based on the default setting as follows:
    • If the default setting is toggled off, the Saved List will be converted into a Stored List.
    • If the default setting is toggled on, the Saved List will be retained and the Stored List will be created as a separate entity.
  • When an HR user creates an applicant list, selects a Certificate Type, and clicks the Issue Certificate button, the office Applicant List Default Setting for Retain Saved Lists when Certificates are issued will be applied based on the default setting as follows:
    • If the default setting is toggled off, the Saved List will be converted into a Certificate.
    • If the default setting is toggled on, the Saved List will be retained and the Certificate will be created as a separate entity.
  • Added a View Certificate Amendments option under the gear icon on the Certificates page. This option will display when the certificate has been amended to add or remove applicants after issuance. The following information will be displayed in a pop-up modal titled Certificate Amendments:
    • If an applicant was added or removed: [Applicant Last Name], [First Name] - [Added to/Removed from] Certificate on [Date and Time].
    • If an applicant's order was changed: [Applicant Last Name], [First Name] - Reordered from [Old value] to [New value] on [Date and Time].
    • Note: This functionality will only be available for certificates amended after this change is implemented (not on previously amended certificates).

  • The system will ignore any hidden/merged duplicate applications in PA status when a certificate is issued, no longer triggering the ‘Pending’ status validation for these applications.
  • Updated processing of Stored Lists and Certificates with 100 or fewer applicants to occur in real time. Note: Stored Lists and Certificates with 101 or more applicants will continue to be queued up in the background for offline processing.

Release 15.4 - 4/14/2023

  • Consolidated on-screen confirmation messages when an applicant with an Audit Code of Selected and a Return Status of Hired or Vetting or an Audit Code of Alternate Selection and a Return Status of Vetting are edited to a different audit combination resulting in the cancellation of the New Hire Record, the following confirmation will display to Confirm Onboarding Cancellation: "Changing the Audit Code from ‘Selected’ to a non-selected code or the Return Status from ‘Hired’ or ‘Vetting’ to ‘Available’ will cancel the applicant’s New Hire Record and remove the associated Request Number, if one is assigned. Are you sure you want to continue?" "If cancelled, please upload the appropriate supporting documentation."

Release 15.2 - 2/17/2023

  • Incorporated the following usability improvements to the Selections page within the Certificates tab:
    • Retained filters when users navigate away and return to the page.
    • Added a Selection Location filter when a vacancy includes multiple locations.
    • Updated filters from a single selection drop-down menu to a multiple-selection option.
    • When the new hire details are visible, if a search or filter is applied and filtered results do not include new hire records, the default table is reverted to its original view with the new hire details hidden.

Release 14.9 - 11/18/2022

  • Added the ability to display key new hire information on the Selections page in the Certificates tab by clicking the Show New Hire Details button. This button is visible to HR users with View New Hire permission when at least one selection has been audited and has an associated new hire record. When the Show New Hire Details button is clicked:
    • The following columns are hidden:
      • Audit Code
      • Return Status
      • Audit Location
      • Series
    • Grade
    • The following columns are displayed:
      • Process Owner
      • Tentative Offer
      • Official Offer
    • Start Date
    • Note: The table can be reverted to its default columns by clicking the Hide New Hire Details button.
  • Added the ability to search the selections list by Selectee Name (first or last name), Certificate Number, or Request Number and apply filters. When Add Filter is clicked, the following options will display:
    • Audit Code
    • Return Status
    • Series (displays if the vacancy is interdisciplinary)
    • Grade (displays if the vacancy includes multiple grades)
    • New Hire Status
    • Process Owners
    • Hide Cancelled New Hires
    • Show Only Selections without New Hires
    • Show Only Duplicate Selections

Release 14.8 - 10/21/2022

  • Added a Selections page, which will display for users with View Certificates permission. This page will display the following information:
    • Number of selections – this number will include the total number of applicants on certificates who have the Selected audit code, plus any applicants on certificates who have a cancelled New Hire record, regardless of what their current audit code might be.
    • If there are no selections, this page will display a message stating "There are no selections made from the certificate(s) for this vacancy."
    • If there is at least one selection, a table displays including the following information:
    • Selectee Name – this hyperlink takes users to the applicant's record. If the same applicant is selected from multiple certificates, orange exclamation mark icon displays by their name to denote the duplicate Selection.
      • Audit Code
      • Return Status
      • Audit Location
      • Series
      • Grade
      • Certificate Number – this hyperlink takes users to the certificate
      • Request Number – this hyperlink takes users with View Request permission to the request.
      • New Hire Record – if a new hire record already exists, a View New Hire button will display, which takes users with View New Hires permission to the Overview - Onboarding Information page of the new hire record.
      • New Hire Status - if a new hire record exists, this column will display the status of the new hire record.

  • Updated the default text on the Certificates page from “No certificates found” to "No Certificates have been issued for this vacancy yet. Click the Create List button to get started." to better inform users.
