Release 16.7 - 4/26/2024

Notification Templates

  • Added a Purpose filter to the Notification Templates Administration page for users to more quickly search for Onboarding or Staffing notification templates. This filter is defaulted to All Purposes.

Release 16.6 - 3/29/2024

Permissions

  • Granted Office Administrators the ability to enable the Reset Tasks permission on HR User and Onboarding User custom permission profiles, which allows users assigned that custom profile to reset the Verify the New Hire Arrived for their First Day of Duty task.

Release 16.5 - 3/1/2024

Permissions

  • Updated the Create Key Entered Applicants permission to be unpaid. Users performing this task will no longer require a paid license.

  • Enabled the Edit Task Status permission for the HR Onboarding Only system-level profile.

Customers

  • Added an HR Owner field on the Customer Information page when creating or editing a Customer to facilitate communication with the appropriate HR user regarding a Request, if needed.

Release 16.4 - 2/2/2024

Customers

  • Added the ability for users with Add Customer to Office or Create/Edit Customer permission to edit multiple customers at once. Users can export a Customer Maintenance File by selecting the checkbox next to each Customer Internal Name as appropriate (up to 500 customers) and clicking the Export Selected Customers button. The Customer Maintenance File includes editable fields and required validations. Users can then upload the file by selecting the Import Customers option from the gear icon.

Release 16.3 - 1/5/2024

Permissions

  • Updated the Edit Task Status definition to: "Enables user to manually change the status of a task, includes changing the task completion date." When this permission is enabled, users are allowed to change the value of the Status and the Completion Date for tasks to which they have access. Note: When the Edit Task Details permission is enabled, users are allowed to update the task Due date for tasks to which they have access.

Notifications Templates

  • Added History entries for all changes made to Onboarding notification templates, including when attachments are added or deleted and clarified history entries when the Notification Reply To option is updated to Process Owner.

Release 16.2 - 12/1/2023

Permissions

  • Created the following permissions for Locations Bundles:
    • View Locations Bundles – Enables user to view a list of locations bundles within the library. This permission is enabled by default for the Office Administrator, Standard HR User, HR Assistant, and HR View Only system-level permission profiles.
    • Create/Edit Locations Bundles – Enables a user to create or edit a locations bundle within the library. This permission is enabled by default for the Office Administrator system-level permission profile only.
    • Delete Locations Bundles – Enables a user to delete a locations bundle from the library. This permission is enabled by default for the Office Administrator system-level permission profile only. Note: Existing Custom-level permission profiles will have all three permissions disabled by default. However, new Custom-level permission profiles will have all three of these permissions enabled by default.

Locations Bundle Library

  • Added a Locations Bundle Library under the Libraries section in the Admin area, which allows users with Locations Bundles permissions to create, edit, and delete a bundle including a group of locations, which can be applied to an Announcement.

Vacancy Default Settings

  • Added a validation on the Vacancy Default Settings page to prevent Admin users from requiring more than 15 supporting documents for the selected Office. The Required checkbox will be grayed out once the fifteenth required document is selected and the following warning message will display: “Applicants may not submit more than 15 documents with their online application. This office has reached the maximum amount of required supporting documents.” Note: Since there may be offices currently requiring more than the limit, existing offices will display the following error message: “Applicants may not submit more than 15 documents with their online application. Please revise the required supporting documents to proceed.”

Release 16.0 - 10/6/2023

  • Added a section titled Default Activity Summary to the Customer Onboarding Defaults page, which allows users with Create/Edit Customer permission to set how often new hires should receive the Activity Summary email (i.e., Monday/Wednesday/Friday vs. Never). All changes made will be captured in History. Note: This setting will be defaulted to Monday/Wednesday/Friday for existing new hires.

  • Added History entries capturing changes made to the Vetting Status and Task Result Set settings when editing a Task.
